1 General

1.1 This Privacy statement describes how the Data Controller processes the personal data of its Users. 1.2 The personal data processed by the Data Controller includes name, (email) address, and telephone number.

2 Collection and use of personal data

2.1 The Data Controller collects personal data from a User when the respective User has provided this personal data to the Data Controller via the Website [for example, by contacting with a request for information about the services or products of the Data Controller, placing an order with the Data Controller, or by signing up for the newsletter of the Data Controller]. 2.2 The Data Controller uses this personal data for the purpose for which the User provided the personal data to the Data Controller: 2.2.1 If the User requests information about services and products from the Data Controller, the Data Controller processes the personal data to fulfill that request. 2.2.
